June Coloured belt Grading Results

Congratulations to Jack McAvoy for passing his recent grading with Master Anderson in Colney Heath. Jack now becomes the youngest red belt at Spirit TKD aged 10. Well Done Jack !

Herts TKD Team Competition - 11th June 2011 (Colney Heath)


Another great day was had by many who attended the Herts TKD Team event on Saturday. This was our second year running this event and proved even more successful than last year. As this was so successful, next year we will move to a larger venue to cater for the growing number of competitors and spectators.

A Team Event - Colney Heath TKD v Spirit TKD

For 14 years we have been running an 'A' Team event between Colney Heath TKD and Spirit TKD. The 'A' Teams consist of 5 competitors of different grades and ages but matched as best as possible.

This years winners were Spirit TKD. After 14 years of competing against each other, Colney Heath have won the title 7 times and with this years win, Spirit TKD have now levelled the scores.

WELL DONE to both teams who showed tremendous talent and sportmanship throughout the day. A true credit to both schools.
